After-Sales Services And Warranty

1. During one year warranty period of Fareast fishing tackle, if any claims caused by the quality itself, Fareast shall provide repair service. The handling way as below:

You may send it to our service department by post directly ; Meantime please kindly fill the repair form
inside the packing box, and send us both the product and repair form to ensure our proper and immediate service.

Reel And Rod Limited Warranty
All reels/rods are covered by a one year from date of purchase original owner warranty.

Electric Reel Limited Warranty
Warranty will expire when one of the following has been surpassed.
* One year from date of original purchase.
* 200 total hours of use.

The reel and rod following situations are not under our warranty:
* If it was not made by originally.
* If it was damaged by improper use.
* If it was damaged by bad maintenance.
* Normal expected wear.
This warranty does not cover: product issues, such as those problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, neglect or saltwater immersion, such as corrosion. If rod breakage due to rod being used with cast weight or fishing line heavier than that the rod is recommended for.

The warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, has been repaired with non-genuine parts, or if the product is altered or modified in any way. A 12 month warranty applies in this case. This warranty is not transferable to any other person and only provides cover to the original Purchaser.

2. After-sales service when one year warranty period expired:
* Fareast can provide such service according to your request,and charge you most reasonable cost. Please send both the product and it's repair form to us.
Department, please make sure to fill the repair form inside the packing box or send your detail descriptions about the problem.
* If you need to order spare parts, please specify the exact model number of both the reel and spare part.
Please refer to the drawing inside the packing box for spare parts number.
