Terms & Conditions
All of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by any chance you receive a product which is defective, or your product is damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will assist you in getting the items repaired or replaced. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All warranty items should be returned and make claim to Fareast.
Product warranty period by each manufacturer has different conditions.
Our Standard Warranty
Fareast provides a standard 3 month warranty for our customers (accessories do not carry any warranty).
The terms and conditions for a standard 3 month warranty are as follows:
•If the goods are found to be faulty within 14 days, customers are entitled for either a full refund or replacement. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
•If the goods are found to be faulty after 14 days and within 3 months of purchase, the customer can send the faulty goods to our office, together with relevant invoice and Fareast can arrange for repair services. Note we do not accept exchange a new the product. Post fault investigation and within the specified warranty period, Fareast repair service will be actioned at our discretion (please see Exclusions below), at no cost to the customer. Shipping charges will be borne by Fareast
•If the goods are found to be faulty after 3 months, the customer can send the faulty goods to our office, Fareast will arrange for repair services. Customer has to bear the repair costs. Fareast will test the faulty unit and will provide a quote to the customer and if the customer agrees, we will proceed to repair the faulty unit as we see fit. If not, this will be communicated and the device will be returned to the customer, unrepaired. There will be a nominal shipping and handling charge on top of the repair charges. Shipping charges for returning the items shall be borne by the customers if they decide against repair.
Standard Warranty Coverage

Reel And Rod Limited Warranty
All reels/rods are covered by a 3 month from date of purchase original owner warranty.
Electric Reel Limited Warranty
Warranty will expire when one of the following has been surpassed.
* 3 month from date of original purchase.
* 200 total hours of use.
Standard Warranty Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover the following:
* If it was not made by originally.
* If it was damaged by improper use.
* If it was damaged by bad maintenance.
* Normal expected wear.
This warranty does not cover: product issues, such as those problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, neglect or saltwater immersion, such as corrosion. If rod breakage due to rod being used with cast weight or fishing line heavier than that the rod is recommended for.
The warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, has been repaired with non-genuine parts, or if the product is altered or modified in any way. A 3 month warranty applies in this case. This warranty is not transferable to any other person and only provides cover to the original Purchaser.
Return / Exchange Policy
You may return any unused item within 14 days of purchased for a refund minus 15% restock in fee. If you want to return the goods which are NON-DEFECTIVE within the 14 days period , please note that the returns should be in AS NEW CONDITION with FULL PACKING and DOCUMENTATION. If the goods are not in AS NEW condition or missing any packaging or damaged packaging, we reserve the right to refuse refund of the returned goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded. To return the goods, please parcel them properly, including all originally provided manuals, accessories and packaging.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and (if) any other handling cost. The returned parcel must be full insured with a tracking code which is traceable online.
When you send your item to us. Please you indicate the item is return item and value USD 100 below on the parcel.
A refund (product price only) or exchange will only be issue upon our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Pre-order or Out of stock Products.
This product is Pre-order or temporary out of stock . We will re-order the product, about 30 days working days. If we are unable to re-order within 30 working days or buyers do not want to wait for re-ordering process. We will refund for buyers.

We can only take PayPal orders from accounts with a verified. Your PayPal account should be verified. To become Verified, log in to your PayPal account, click the Unverified link, and follow the instructions.
