We are very sorry to hear of any difficulties you may be experiencing with your reel or rod. Regretfully Fareast's continued efforts to redefine the fishing tackle, through the constant introduction of new product, renders the production of older parts impossible. Therefore we are unable to repair many of older reel or rod models.

To request repairs, send your reel or rod, postage prepaid, to us. All requests must be accompanied by a brief note describing the difficulty you are experiencing with the reel or rod in as much detail as possible.

Rods or Reels that are repaired or replaced by Fareast. Customers paying the return shipping charges.

When you apply for a repair service.
Please you indicate the item is used and value USD 100 below on the parcel, to avoid the customs. If the parcel is to be charged customs duties. We will refuse to receive the parcel.

All pricing is labor only and additional charges may be applied for parts.Consumers will be notified if additional changes apply.

Shipping

All orders ship Air mail unless otherwise specified.
Air mail - flat rate for all orders under 2.0kg. All Packages over 2.0 kg are a flat rate of US$15 additional. Air mail only.
