Shipment & Return

All products will be shipped out from our center in Taiwan, via EMS express mail or International parcel delivered by post office. If the EMS service does not apply to your country. Please allow us through other shipping methods or cancel transaction.
We process shipment from Monday to Friday except public holidays. All orders will dispatch within 3 days after payment is received. Express mail service will usually take within 4 to 7 working days to arrive for most countries and 4 to 10 working days for Southern America, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe. International parcel get from 10 - 21 days depending on the delivery location, Delivery time is an estimate. May be delayed in the destination country, missed or cancelled despatch.

After your order has been shipped out from our center, we will email you the tracking number where you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.

Customs

Fareast does not charge any customs duties on international shipments, but you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

The delivery size is limited. Every country parcel size limit is different we will contact customer and confirm your orders. See the delivery size form

Prohibited Articles

Lost or damaged mail

Damaged claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier. The addressee of a registered item is entitled to an indemnity if the item is lost, rifled or damaged. The addressee should, within 5 days of receipt of damaged goods, attach the receipt for the item concerned to an indemnity request application form and give it to the Post office of origin.

Return Policy:
All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, or your product is damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will assist you in getting the goods repaired or replaced. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us prior to any returns at info@fareastfishing.com

7 days money back, buyer pays return shipping cost.
Shipment charges,handling and banking costs are not refundable on any goods that are returned.
All returns must be intact goods in their packing of origin.

Refund Condition:

Within the 7 days order items back to us with the original new condition:

The order total minus 10% restock in fee.

The item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error:

We do not accept used product for return.

 Authorization return your order from the "Order history" section of your customer account by clicking "My account" on our shop.

On the order history page, please make sure that your return products, quantity and explanation. Clicking "Make a RMA slip" Our system will send an email to your account.
